Set on stilts over the water, Our Premier Water Villa was built in 2011 and features high-tech gadgets such as a 50-inch plasma screen TV, designer furniture and an outdoor sundeck with a large infinity pool. Inside, the mood is contemporary chic with whitewashed walls and sloping ceilings showcasing a selection of artworks by Maldivian artist Eagan Badeeu. In the center of the room is a king-size ‘floating’ bed, while in the bathroom is an incredible sunken bathtub surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. With classic amenities such as a private terrace with wooden sun loungers, umbrella and coffee table, and a flatscreen satellite TV, this villa is perfect for our honeymoon.
