Passport/Visa

 A Passport is required to enter into the Dominican Republic. The passport application can be completed online or downloaded at http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english/passports/new.html. If you choose to go to your local post office to obtain your passport, make sure you have two separate money orders. One must be for $125.00, and the other must be for $10.00.

Also, the Dominican Republic requires that you purchase a $10.00 Visa to enter and exit the country. They only accept cash, so be sure to have $10.00 cash upon arrival and departure.
